Included in the price:
use of accommodation, swimming pool and sauna during opening hours, Nespresso coffee machine with main/1 coffee capsule, hairdryer, safe, Wi-Fi, VAT.

The price does not include:
Resort fee: HUF 650/person/night (over 18 years old). This is to be paid on site.

Arrival: from 3:00 p.m
Departure: from 10.00 a.m
Early arrival – Early check-in (subject to availability)
It is possible from 12:00 p.m. for an extra charge of HUF 10,000
Late departure – Late check-out (subject to availability)
It is possible until 2 p.m. for an extra fee of HUF 10,000.
We do not accept pets in our apartments.

Booking and cancellation conditions:
Valid Reservation
We will confirm your reservation request by e-mail and reserve it for 60 days until the arrival date. After that (on the 30th day before the arrival date), 100% of the accommodation fee must be paid to maintain the reservation. If this does not happen automatically, the reservation becomes invalid.
You can pay the advance by bank or credit card, bank transfer. After that, the reservation will only be considered valid if the card transaction is successful or if the advance payment is received by the deadline.

Amendment and cancellation conditions
You can freely cancel or change your reservation 60 days before the arrival date (according to the prices valid at the time of the change). The advance payment and the card details provided at the time of booking can also be used to charge the penalty in case of late cancellation.
In case of cancellation 60-30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total booking fee will be refunded.
In case of cancellation within 30 days, 100% of the accommodation fee is payable, i.e. no refund will be made
Payment on the spot
The value of the services can be paid by advance transfer or on the spot in cash, credit card. 

Frequently Asked Questions

– What documents are required at check-in?
From September 1, 2021, all guests will need a valid photo ID upon check-in, according to current laws. The photo ID can be: identity card, driver’s license in card form or passport. In the absence of a document, the accommodation provider is obliged to refuse the accommodation service.

– Is there a room with a balcony?
All our apartments and rooms have a balcony or a view of Lake Balaton.

– Is it possible to smoke in the hotel?
Unfortunately not. There is a designated place for smoking in the courtyard.

– Is there a bathtub or shower in the bathroom?
All our apartments and rooms only have a shower.

– Is there a possibility to park?
Yes. For each apartment, we provide a courtyard parking lot for 1 car free of charge. Other cars can only park outside on the street.

– When are the sauna and outdoor pool open?
The pool is open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Finnish sauna is open in the afternoon from 16:00 to 20:00.

– Do they accept ZÉP cards?
Yes, we accept OTP nice card.

– Is it possible to buy a gift voucher?
Yes, there is a way to buy a gift certificate!

– Can non-hostel guests use the yard and the pool?
For the sake of our guests’ undisturbed rest, there is no way to do this. Thank you for your understanding.
