The purpose of this policy is to provide adequate information regarding the intened use of our apartments, in order to have the most pleasant experience during your stay.

 

The apartment complex is ADULT FRIENDLY. The minimum age of our guests must be 14 years.

With every unit, our goal is to provide you with peace and relaxation, therefore no parties are allowed on the proprety.

 

• Check-in: on day of arrival from 3pm-6pm, prior notification of arrival is requested!
• Check-out: on day of departure until 10am.
• Upon arrival, the guest must fill out a registration form and hand in legal documents!
• The apartment can be occupied after paying the full accommodation fee and tourist tax.
• Smoking is prohibited. Please note that smoking is prohibited in the entire area of all units. There is a designated smoking spot at the entrance gate.
• Pets are not allowed!
• The apartment complex is adult-friendly, therefore it can not be visited or booked under the age of 14.
• Guests occupy their roooms clean.
• In case of longer stay, the towels are changed every 4 days, the bed linen weekly.
• We meet different requirements if requested for additional fee.
• The host, without prior notification, has the right to check the number of people staying at the apartments. Other guests may only be invited with the permission of the Host.

 

 

 

• Objects and furnitures in the apartments can only be rearranged with the permission of the host.
• Upon departure, please return the keys at the reception. Put the TV, air conditioner remote and other controllers back to their place.
• In case of loosing a key or a remote controller an additional fee of 8,000 ft will be charged which must be paid when the spare key/remote is handed over.
• The host has no responsibility for material damages or accidents resulting from improper use.
• AIR CONDITIONING: Air conditioning (cooling, heating) is provided in every unit. In order to protect the environment, please turn it off when you do not need it or when you leave your room.
• If you experience a malfunction or any abnormality in the equipments, please notify the host immediately!
• Taking out indoor objects, kitchen equipment, furniture, tableware, glasses, etc. out into the garden is strictly FORBIDDEN!
• The pool is open from 7am to 8pm.
• Food and drink are not allowed in the pool!
• Jumping into the pool is strictly prohibited!
• The pool and the Finnish sauna can only be used at your own risk!
• No more than 5 people can stay in the pool in the same time.
• The Finnish sauna is open from 3am to 8pm.
• Bonfires, cooking and barbecue are prohibited in the resort area.
• Please follow the rules regarding the silence order. Loud music can not be played because other guests are in the surrounding area.
• Indecents resulting from uncivilized behavior, loudness that may disturb the peace of others will result in immediate ban from the entire area of the apartment building.
• We are unable to accept complaints after check-out.
